Do you deliver nationwide?
We provide nationwide delivery through our partner couriers - LBC, Checkmeout, Ninjavan and Fastrack. 


How much does delivery cost?
Any purchases above Php1000 have is free shipping and cash on delivery. Standard LBC rates apply for purchases below Php 1000 please visit LBC website for rates.


How can I track my order?
You can track your orders by using LBC online tracking tool.Just enter your 12-alphanumeric tracking number in the box "Track an LBC Padala" and it will display the status of your order.

How long will take to get my order delivered to my shipping address?
Your order will be delivered no later than 3 days in Metro Manila; 5 days in Luzon and 7 in Visayas and Mindanao except on holidays and force majeure events (i.e. earthquakes, typhoons).

Will I be getting shipping status notifications for my order?
You will be notified via email and/or SMS when their purchase is ready to be delivered by partner couriers. We also keep everyone posted via SMS.
